REGULATION IN THE EVENT OF WITHDRAWAL OF THE BOOKING BY THE CUSTOMER:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the reservation, upon written notice, with the loss of the deposit paid up to 10 days before the expected arrival. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 10 days before the expected arrival, in addition to the loss of the deposit, the entire cost of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
